Sometimes I think my dog is stupid when he does things like this. (Other things he does that make me wonder include: walking around the house licking the carpet, running into things because he looks behind him while walking, and letting tennis balls hit him in the face.) But then sometimes I wonder...is he doing this on purpose?? Is he really just to dense to understand the concept of walking backwards, or has he actually figured out that he can use the pole to leverage himself and make me walk around instead? Maybe that cute vacant expression is all an act. I guess only he knows...
